Cotoletta di Vitello alla Milanese
Tastes like home
Burrata del Caciaro
What can I say about this appetizer? The Burrata is deliciously creamy and served over fresh tomatoes and roasted peppers. A bright and delicious start to a wonderful meal.
Polpette di Carne
This is the sort of pizza I remember getting in Italy. A paper-thin crust, just enough sauce, a generous helping of cheese, and a chunk of meatball on every slice. Perfection at its best!
Pollo alla Parmigiana
One of the big problems with Chicken Parmigiano is that you get a thickly breaded slab of chicken over a mountain of pasta, drenched in a watery sauce. This is NOT the case at Avenue Italy. You do get a generous portion of chicken, delicately breaded and fried to a nice crispy texture deliciously covered in cheese and sauce. It is usually served with house-roasted potatoes, but you can opt for pasta. A delicious meal!
Fettuccine al Limone con Capesante
This dish was excellent with scallops make to perfection and fettuccine in a creamy lemon sauce. Service is always excellent. Our go to order is always the calamari as an appetizer.
Carpaccio di Bue
I am not the type of person who would normally order Carpaccio, the thought of raw meat just never excited me, but my server suggested we try it and am I ever glad we did! The meat is pounded very thinly and served over a fresh arugula salad with Parmigiano cheese. The meat is obviously the star of this appetizer, so thin you can almost see through it, and tastes like the best roast beef you have ever eaten. Even my wife, who usually likes her meat well done, enjoyed this appetizer! Go for it, you won't be sorry!
Insalata di Barbabietole
This would be a perfect salad if you are planning on a light meal. Pair it with their minestrone and you are good to go. The salad is very filling and my wife and I usually split it if we are having a full meal.
Pesce del Giorno
The Branzino here is to die for!
Linguine alle Vongole Veraci
This is the perfect linguini and clams. Delicious Manila Clams cooked in a garlic-y wine sauce and served over a generous bed of perfectly al dente linguine!
Lasagna Bolognese
The best [?] in addition to the lasagna, had fettuccini, bruschetta, kale salad, tiramisu, and spumoni. All delicious.
